As a practitioner, I bring a foundation in human behavior with a degree in Behavioral Science/Psychology, a unique blend of breathwork education and healing techniques. I have an understanding of human behavior and mental health, which complements my passion for holistic wellness. I am committed to integrating evidence based research with holistic practices. I consider myself a forever student, continuously driven by the hope of offering comprehensive wellness solutions that will resonate with myself and others who are on their own unique road.

My personal experiences have shown me that healing is not a linear path; it is a winding journey filled with both challenges and breakthroughs. Each client's winding path is unique and the work we do together reflects that.

As a practitioner, I believe my role is simply to create an environment for clients to learn about themselves and uncover resources that connect them to their own healing. I believe that relief and alignment stems from cultivating self-love, self-acceptance, and self-compassion.

It is through embracing the beauty of my own challenges that I have found the passion to help myself and others to navigate their journey of self discovery. Ultimately, the power to center oneself resides within the individual and the reward that comes from self discovery is endless.

A group led mediation followed by 30-35 minutes where the individual will be guided in a specific pattern of breath. All equipment needed for the session are provided (mat, blanket, pillows, eye mask) Class length 60 minutes.
